Francie’s pups went outside for a few minutes today.
We wanted to show how beautiful they are!
Right now their little ears are as big as your thumb nail is. They have no teeth and their eyes are closed. The little pads on their feet are so soft!
Francie was not happy when I took the pups outside, so we did not get many photos. She tried to feed them, but they were wiggling all over the place. We will try again.

Francie Pants went one day longer than she usually does, but she is doing great!
She just had her first puppy! We will continue to post as they are born.
Gracie watches her mom, Francie have her new puppies.
Francie and babies are doing very well, even though Annie, Sammy, Gracie and Kayla want to see how everything is!
This brand new baby boy has beautiful little toe nails.
He gets a good grip on his mom so he can fill up on her milk.
Francie will have to growl a warning at the other big girls so she can bond with her puppies and feed them.

It always amazes us how the puppies drink immediately. They need that first milk to build up strength. Francie has LOTS of milk!

The stuffed monkey was brought into the box by
Francie.
Everytime she went outside for a walk she brought back a new stuffed toy.

Sammy Sweetheart wanted to keep her Aunt Francie company, so she climbed into the whelping box with her.
We have been up since midnight and walked around outside many times. Francie’s pups are keeping us waiting. They will come out when they feel like it. Annie, Kayla, Sammy and Gracie are trying to be patient like we are.
Gracie Clementine brought her mom a soccer ball.
They are all checking Francie, getting in the whelping box with her, and bringing her stuffed animals.

Francie’s pups are due tomorrow and she wants to get her morning walk before puppies keep her busy. Kayla and Francie walk the entire property checking for anything new.
Kayla can still lay on her tummy!
Kayla and Annie discussing the puppies that are coming tomorrow and next Wednesday. Annie had her puppies in May, so she feels like she can help!

All of the puppies are settling into a routine. Mostly eating!
This little puppy fell asleep with his tongue sticking out.
