Francie Pants Is Being Patient

by Margaret on August 12, 2012

With less than one week to go before Francie’s pups are born, she is resting more. Francie Pants and her sister, Kayla Copacabana will be busy kissing puppies very soon.

Gracie Clementine is one of Francie’s puppies born November 2010.

Gracie likes to snuggle with all of our visitors. She can’t wait for all the new little brothers and sisters she will get to play with!

When we have puppies they all end up with five moms because ALL of the Labradors want to get involved.

Sammy Sweetheart is Kayla’s puppy also born November 2010.

Sammy Sweetheart and Annie were sunning themselves in the morning sun today.

Francie Pants is counting the days before her puppies come.

Splish Splash! We Were Takin’ a Bath!

by Margaret on August 9, 2012

All the A Family Farm Labrador girls got a cool down and a bath.

We have Francie Pants and Kayla ready to have puppies soon. They enjoyed laying in the water and soaking before the puppies arrive .

Annie wanted the zebra towel when she got dried off.

Gracie Clementine was trying to shake off the water.

Sammy Sweetheart is happy after her bath.

Francie Pants’ black fur shines in the light!

Francie Pants is expecting her litter August 18th.

by Margaret on August 7, 2012

Francie Pants of A Family Farm is expecting her litter August 18th. We would like to share some photos of puppies from Francie, Jeannie and Kayla. This is Vinnie Beau Cole as a puppy in 2009.

Vinnie Beau Cole, January 2012.

Some of the photos are “grown up puppies”.

Francie and Kayla had pups within days of each other in November 2010. One litter was completely yellow and one litter was completely black.

Sammy and Gracie digging in the snow. February 2011.

Each one of our female Labradors is very maternal.

As soon as the puppy mom gives permission to the other females, they are kissing and cleaning!

Annie snuck in with Aunt Francie’s pups.

Annie was playing with little Ms. Pink from one of Francie’s 2009 litter.

Bridget Beau is one of Francie’s daughters from 2009. She is the sister of Vinnie.

Francie’s pups from November of 2010 were VERY smart! They were climbing out of their whelping box at an early age.

Daisy and her two brothers

by Margaret on August 5, 2012

Toby Two Socks has been vacationing with his family at the beach. He has been sending us post cards. He is the former “Mr. Green”.

Daisy has a big sister who walks him with his brother. He is growing so fast! He will soon be the “big dog”.

This is Toby, the former “Mr. Orange”. He LOVES biting and “eating” the water!

Toby’s family gives him lots of soft toys to play with. He has baby teeth and needs to chew!

In the end, it saves the furniture.
